How to Quickly Make a TRIAC by Soldering Two SCRs?

Hello everyone, today we will introduce the production process of the welded TRIAC, specifically the MTC series.

First, inspect and classify the SCR chips.

Next, apply solder paste to both the heatsink base plate and ceramic piece.

Place the base plate into two fixed clamps. Place the ceramic piece on top. Place the copper component on top of the ceramic. Place the SCR chip onto the copper component. Place two conductive bridges to create a reverse parallel connection between the two SCRs. Place the Gate and Cathode leads.

Then, perform soldering on the furnace board.

Test the semi-finished product with a voltage of 1600V or higher.

Install the plastic outer casing.

Inject silicone gel.

Dry the assembly in an oven.

Shape the conductive copper components.

Finally, perform a finished product test.
