Keypad Operation

The soft starter features a large-screen LCD display module and six micro keys for operating the display keyboard. These allow the user to perform soft starter start and stop operations, modify parameters, query faults and reset them.

1. Press the “PRG” key; use the up and down keys to select the parameter group

2. Press the “PRG” key again; use the up and down keys to select the parameter to be modified

3. Press the “PRG” key again; use the up and down keys to set the value of the parameter

4. Press the “PRG” key again to save the parameter value

5. Press the “EXIT” key to return to the main screen

6. Press “RUN” to soft-start the motor

7. Press “STOP” to stop the motor

8. Press and hold the up arrow key to clear the error record

9. Press and hold the down arrow key to reset to factory settings

Terminal Functions

1. Start: closed with terminals (5, 6) to start the motor

2. Stop: opened with terminal (5, 6) to stop the motor

3. Emergency stop: opened with terminal (5, 6) to stop the motor

4. Fault reset: closed with terminals (5, 6) to clear the fault state
