How to select the appropriate model?
First judge the nature of the load
For resistive load (such as tempering furnace heating wire, electric furnace, bulb, etc.)
3 times of allowance shall be reserved.
For example, if the actual heating current is 100AH3300ZF300Ashould be selected for solid stateuse.
Inductive load (mainly motor), 5-7 times reserved
For example, when the actual current of the motor is 100A, at least 500A and above solid state should be selected.
Second choose the matching heat sink
Solid state relays are semiconductor devices, which generate a lot of heat during operation and need to dissipate the heat in time, so choose the right heat sink to prolong the service life of the product.
