The ASF6K Series Online Soft Starters are cutting-edge motor control devices, designed to enhance performance across a power range from 5.5kW to 450kW. This series combines electric force, electronic techniques, computer technology, and modern control theory, offering a superior alternative to conventional starters like Star-delta and magnetic control voltage-drop starters. The ASF6K series is available in three variants, corresponding to input voltages of 220V, 380V, and 440V.

With enhanced heat dissipation, the ASF6K series is perfect for demanding applications, widely used in thermal power generation, hydropower, metallurgy, chemical processing, mining, and construction. It features six smart startup modes—Jump Start, Line Current Start, Full Voltage Start, Current Ramp, Voltage Ramp, and Voltage Current Limiting Double Closed Loop—ensuring smooth motor startups while minimizing heating and prolonging service life.

Applications include pumps using soft stop functions to reduce water hammer effects, ball mills benefiting from voltage ramp startups to decrease gear torque friction, and fans, compressors, and conveyors achieving gradual acceleration to prevent product movement and material overflow.
